Refund Policy

By enrolling in and submitting payment for the Arlington Pop Warner Little Scholars Inc. season, each participant and their parent(s)/guardian(s) understand and agree to the following Refund Policy, which is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of program management.
Refunds After Season Start
Once the cheer season has officially begun, all fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
Exception – Medical/Injury
The only exception is a serious injury or illness that prevents the participant from continuing in the season. All requests must be emailed or submitted directly to our League President, Penny Belmonte.
To be eligible:

You must submit a written letter from a licensed medical doctor (MD or DO) stating that the participant is unable to continue due to medical reasons.

Upon approval, a prorated refund may be issued based on the time remaining in the season and the unrecoverable costs already incurred by the program.
❗ Notes from chiropractors, therapists, or alternative practitioners will not be accepted unless the provider holds a valid medical license (MD or DO).
Non-Transferable
All payments are non-transferable. Funds cannot be applied to:

Alternate programs
Agreement to Policy
By registering and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy in full. This policy is legally binding and subject to change without prior notice.
